2. These terms
These terms cover the game, its account and social features, and our game integrations. Please review them before playing. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed; it is an information notice, and does not turn your use of the game into consent to every use of your data.
You may use the game for your own lawful entertainment under these terms. If you do not wish to accept the final terms, do not create an account or continue using the service. These draft terms do not replace a final agreement with an identified operator.
3. Who can play
You must be permitted to use the game under the law that applies to you and meet any minimum age requirements of the Google or Discord account you choose to use. If you are below the age of majority in your country, a parent or legal guardian should review these terms with you and authorize your use where required.
Do not use another person’s identity, pretend to be older to bypass a provider’s rules, or use a service that you are legally prohibited from accessing. A parent or guardian with a question about a child’s account or data can contact support.
4. Accounts and sign-in
You can play as a guest or sign in with an available Google or Discord account. A game account is created when you first complete sign-in. Registered accounts can earn and save progression across devices; guest play does not earn permanent account levels or mastery.
Keep your sign-in provider account and devices secure. We do not ask for your Google or Discord password. Do not share, sell, lend or transfer your game account or session credentials, impersonate someone else, or create accounts to evade a restriction. Tell support if you believe your account has been used without permission.
You can link supported sign-in methods in your account settings. Linking an identity already attached to another game account is restricted, and at least one sign-in method must remain linked. Unlinking a provider or signing out does not delete your game account or its saved data.
5. Gameplay and progress
Elemental Clash is currently free to play. The game server validates movement, combat, scores and progression. Your account may record levels, elemental mastery, champion unlocks, coins, match results and statistics. Scores and leaderboard positions can change as matches are played or errors are corrected.
In-game coins, progression and unlocks are game features. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and do not give you ownership of game content. The current game does not offer paid purchases or a cash-out feature. Any future paid feature would need clear pricing and terms before a purchase.
Arenas may contain automated opponents, simulated players and automated chat. Some administrative or testing features can alter an arena or its participants. Match availability, rankings, progress and rewards are not a promise of a prize, income, or a permanently unchanged game balance.
6. Fair play and conduct
Help keep the arenas playable for everyone. You must not:
- Cheat, use unauthorized automation or scripts, manipulate traffic, exploit a bug for an unfair advantage, or interfere with server validation.
- Harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against others, post hateful or sexually exploitative material, or encourage violence or illegal acts.
- Publish someone’s personal information without permission, impersonate a player or member of staff, or use deceptive display names.
- Spam chat, promote scams, distribute malicious links, or use the game for unsolicited advertising.
- Attack, overload or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, harvest account or player data, or bypass an account or IP restriction.
- Use the service in a way that infringes another person’s rights or violates applicable law.
If you find a security issue or exploitable bug, report it to support with enough detail for us to investigate. Do not access other people’s data, disrupt the service, or publish a working exploit while it remains unresolved.
7. Names and chat
You are responsible for the display name and messages you submit. Use only content you are entitled to share. Do not put passwords, contact details, financial information or other sensitive personal information in public chat.
You retain any rights you have in your content. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process, display and transmit it as needed to operate the game, deliver chat, moderate abuse and resolve reports. This does not authorize unrelated advertising or sale of your content.
Arena chat is visible to other participants and may be seen by moderators. Others can copy or screenshot it. Filters and rate limits help reduce abuse but cannot guarantee that every message is appropriate. You can disable chat and use the available block controls; blocking does not make already shared content private.
8. Moderation and appeals
Authorized staff may review account activity and use proportionate measures to address rule violations, security risks or game errors. Measures can include filtering a message, changing an inappropriate name, correcting progress, muting chat, restricting a connection, suspending access, or banning an account or IP address. A restriction can be temporary or permanent according to its reason and severity.
Automated checks can reject invalid actions, excessive requests or filtered text, and enforce existing restrictions. Staff actions are recorded in an audit trail. A shared network can be affected by an IP restriction even when several people use it.
To ask for a review, email [email protected] with your game account ID, the approximate time, the action you are questioning and relevant context. Do not send a password or session token. We will review relevant evidence, correct mistakes where appropriate, and give an explanation where lawful and safe to do so. Urgent steps may be taken before notice when needed to protect players or the service.
9. Game ownership
The game software, artwork, audio, characters, interface, branding and other game materials belong to the operator or their respective rights holders. These terms allow you to access and play the game; they do not transfer intellectual property rights.
Do not redistribute the game or its assets, sell copied game content, remove ownership notices, or present an unofficial service as official without permission. Rights granted by mandatory law, including any applicable exceptions for interoperability or permitted use, remain available.
You may share your own gameplay screenshots and videos with proper context, without exposing other players’ personal information or suggesting our endorsement. Third-party music, software and content may have their own rights and license requirements.
10. Other services
Google and Discord provide optional sign-in. The linked Discord community and Discord bot operate within Discord. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and may be unavailable or change independently of the game. Elemental Clash is not endorsed by Google or Discord.
External links are provided for convenience. Review the terms and privacy information of an external service before using it. Our responsibility for our own integrations is not removed by linking to another service.
11. Service changes and availability
We may maintain, rebalance or improve the game, fix errors, change features, or temporarily stop an arena for maintenance or security. This can affect champions, game rules, matchmaking, statistics and unlock requirements. Where reasonably possible, significant changes that affect existing accounts will be explained in advance.
The service depends on your device, browser, connection, sign-in providers and game servers. Interruptions, latency, bugs or data loss can occur. We do not promise uninterrupted access or compatibility with every device. If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and information about account data, subject to any legal duties.
12. Leaving the game
You can stop playing at any time and sign out in your account settings. For account closure or deletion of personal data, email support. There is currently no self-service account deletion button. Deletion requests and any necessary retention are handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Closing an account may remove its saved progress, relationships, unlocks and leaderboard entries. Ending access does not erase records that must lawfully be retained for security, an unresolved dispute or a legal obligation.
13. Responsibility and your rights
Use reasonable care when using the game and interacting with other players. We will exercise the care required by applicable law in operating the service. We are responsible for our own conduct and do not exclude liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights, legal remedies, or liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where the law prohibits a limit. No automatic penalty, unlimited indemnity, or compulsory arbitration requirement is imposed by these terms.
14. Questions and disputes
Contact support first so we can try to resolve a concern. You retain the right to use the courts, regulators and consumer dispute procedures available under applicable law. These terms do not require you to give up the protections of the country where you ordinarily live or bring a claim exclusively in a foreign court.
The operator’s country and any appropriate governing-law provision will be completed when the operator is identified. If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it applies only to the extent the law permits; this does not remove the remaining lawful terms or your mandatory rights.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the game or legal requirements. The current version and its effective date will be available on this page. Material changes will be communicated in a clear way before they take effect where practicable, and a fresh agreement will be requested where legally required. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights you already have.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
